The space
The house is situated in a quiet leafy suburb of Bristol. Nearby, you will be able to take advantage of the regular bus service to the city centre. There are supermarkets, other local shops, a gym & even a park within walking distance from the house. So you’ll have easy access to all the requirements.

The house is a semi-detached property with three bedrooms. The room in which you’ll be staying is cosy, with a single bed and has been recently decorated.

There are no children or pets in the house. This is a non-smoking house. However if you are a smoker you may smoke outside the house.

You will have the use of a shared bathroom, as well as access to the kitchen and the living room. The garden will also be at your disposal in case you need to step outside for a bit of relaxation.

I have a garage which can be used to store bikes etc.
There is also off-street parking if required.
